Customer service was superb! They were very helpful and helping us find a good recommendation and giving us the seasons. Best pics! Manager was amazing and we went from grabbing one drink to two and it was well worth it!

I absolutely love Fresh Brew! The coffee packs a punch without wrecking my tummy. It’s smooth, low in acidity, and never tastes over roasted. The staff are the absolute sweetest! They always have a warm greeting and are happy to help find the perfect drink if you aren’t sure what you want. Bonus points for the price point being very reasonable. I go out of my way to shop at this HEB specifically so I can snag a coffee and support this wonderful small business.

Every time I stop in the H-E-B, they always have samples and each one taste so good. I decided to step out and try one of their drinks and I was not disappointed. I got an iced chai latte with oat milk and it is absolutely delicious. The owner was super nice and very attentive and, informed me of the different teas and drinks that they have. I will definitely be coming back!

Must be such a friendly company, because Venecia is always smiling and friendly no matter what time of day. She also made a less-sweet hot cocoa for my little boy. Great tasting coffee and excellent service!

This place is the cutest ! They have free samples of the drinks they sale all the time , which makes it easier to know which drink to choose from , the cashiers are the nicest ever and such a help in explaining the drinks ! 10/10 I fully recommend , me and my husband get a different one every other day and I can honestly say they all have been super yummy ! 🩷-Lesley (My favorite is Dragons Kiss)

It’s inside HEB! Drove fr out of town 45 min to get Lotus drinks & were not disappointed. Delicious drinks! Lotus base is not easy to find (i lived in WA where I was 1st introduced to & it’s everywhere it seemed). Wish they had more locations for easier access & cause i’d rather support small businesses when able to. Customer service was great also.Prices were very reasonable.
